All documents submitted must be legible, unaltered, and valid at the time of submission. Submission of fraudulent, altered, or misrepresenting documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
netoto aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete set of valid documents. During the verification period, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. We strongly recommend completing KYC verification proactively — before submitting your first withdrawal request — to avoid any processing delays.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits made via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Player's Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. netoto does not charge any processing fee on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which netoto bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money laundering (AML) safeguard.
netoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to your nominated payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
